I'm a brand-focused designer with three years specifically in the beverage industry, which means I bring real category fluency to food, drink, and hospitality projects — from TTB-compliant labels to menu hierarchy that actually works in a busy bar. Beyond that, I'm a believer in production discipline: consistent files, clean handoffs, and the kind of quiet reliability that keeps projects moving. And on a personal level, my interests in sustainability and wellness shape the kind of brands I most love working with — thoughtful, considered, built to last.

Flat project fees, paid in milestones (Generally, 30% at kickoff, 40% at midpoint, 30% on final delivery). Monthly retainers available for ongoing work. Every project begins with a written scope and quote. but

Working with me is collaborative, organized, and genuinely curious about your brand. I start every project with a written scope and a kickoff conversation, because I'd rather understand the goals deeply once than guess at them twice. From there, expect clear communication, milestones delivered on time, and final files that are clean and production-ready — no scrambling at the end. I'm direct when feedback is needed, but the project always comes first. And on a personal level, I bring a thoughtful, considered mindset to my work, the same one I bring to the things I do outside of it: making jams, growing herbs, and generally believing that good things take a little patience.

Typically, we discuss this during our first project consultation after we’ve discussed the scope of the project. But sometimes, the scope of the project is larger than anticipated that it could be pushed for more than 4 weeks.
If you have any more questions, please email me hey@erikaalcantara.com, and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
